Joining And Re-Joining Bonus

Bonus rewards are available to both Locum and Permanent Doctors joining between 15/07/2019 12:00am (AEST) and 31/12/2020 11:59pm (AEST).

Joining Bonus of $1,000 available to Doctors who meet the following criteria:

Locum

• Bonus points cannot be accumulated in addition to any other bonus. This is inclusive, and not limited to, the referral bonus
• Work 15 shifts of Locum placements within the first 3 months of joining
• Locum placements can take place at one or multiple facilities to be eligible for Joining Bonus
• Can only be claimed once within a 12 month period
• All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA
• HCA reserves the right to extend or end this promotion

Permanent

• Bonus points cannot be accumulated in addition to any other bonus. This is inclusive, and not limited to, the referral bonus
• Take on a Permanent placement through Doctors recruitment
• Joining Bonus will be provided once the individual passes 3 months probation period
• All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA
• HCA reserves the right to extend or end this promotion

Doctors Refer A Friend Promo

Doctors, Nurses, Carers or Allied Health referring Doctors

Do you know a Doctor who would like to work for us? Let us know and you could receive $1,000!

Terms and conditions:

• The referred candidate must be a new candidate, who hasn’t been previously introduced to, or worked for HCA Doctors
• The referred candidate must mention your name at their interview for our record keeping purposes and validity of the referral, later notification of the referral may result in the reward not being offered
• The reward is offered once your referred candidate works 15 shifts with HCA Doctors within 3 months
• All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA Doctors
