Yes. Irish-trained nurses, midwives, doctors and many allied health professionals are generally eligible to apply for AHPRA registration, provided their qualifications and experience meet AHPRA’s assessment criteria.

Do I need AHPRA before I apply with Healthcare Australia?

No. You can register your interest first, and we’ll guide you through the AHPRA registration process.

How much experience do I need?

Most roles require 1–2 years of post-graduate experience, depending on your specialty.

Can I choose where I work in Australia?

Absolutely. From major cities and coastal locations to regional and remote areas, we work with you to match roles to your preferences.

Can my partner or family come with me?
