National Agency Refer a Friend

National Refer a Friend Program

Do you know someone looking to take on a Nursing role? Refer a friend and you both can receive 250 CA$H4HOUR$ pts and accelerate your journey to 500 CA$H4HOUR$ pts = $500 cash.

Terms & Conditions:

    • The ‘National Nursing Refer a Friend’ program runs from 1st Feb 2019 – 31st Dec 2020
    • The referred candidate must be a new candidate who is an Agency Registered Nurse, Midwife and Enrolled Nurse who hasn’t been previously introduced to, or worked for Healthcare Australia or any of its associated brands
    • Eligibility by staff with the following classifications: –
      • QLD – RN’s, RM’s, EN’s & AT’s
      • VIC – RN’s, RM’s & EN’s
      • NSW – RN’s, RM’s, EN’s, EEN’s & AT
      • WA – RN’s, RM’s, EN’s, EEN’s & AT
      • SA – RN’s, RM’s & EN’s
  • Both the referrer and referee are eligible to participate in the ‘National Refer a Friend Program’ in accordance with the terms and conditions below:
  • The referrer must be currently working with us to be eligible to receive the referral CA$H4HOUR$ pts
  • The referee mentions your name at the interview for our record-keeping purposes and validity of the referral or the referrer is introduced via our website. Later notification of the referral may result in the reward not being offered
  • The reward is offered to both referee and referrer once the referred candidate works 10 shifts within 3 months of starting work with HCA
  • The referrer and referee must notify their consultant once the referee works 10 shifts within 3 months, so we can allocate the 250 CA$h4HOUR$ pts
  • To be able to cash out, the referrer and referee must achieve 500 CA$H4HOUR$ points. Note, the referrer and referee can achieve 500 points threshold independently. Click here to find out about CA$H4HOUR$
  • All shifts must be worked in the same state
  • All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA
  • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers (excluding Free Flight)
  • Defence and Rural & Remote Healthcare Workers are not eligible for this promotion
  • HCA reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

 

Rural & Remote – Refer a Friend Program

  • The Rural & Remote Refer a Friend CA$H4HOUR$ Bonus will run from 12:00 AM 1/1/2020 until 11:59 PM on 31/12/2020
  • The referred candidate must be a Registered or Enrolled Nurse (or Midwife), CSSD Technician or Anaesthetic Technician who is a new employee of HCA, who hasn’t previously been introduced to, or worked for Healthcare Australia or any of its associated brands
  • The referred candidate must mention your name during their initial interview for our record keeping purposes and to be considered a valid referral. Please note: later notification of the referral may result in the reward not being offered
  • The candidate will need to commence a rural or remote placement of 6+ weeks (or 240+ hours) before the 31/10/2019
  • Upon the successful completion of the placement of 6+ weeks (or 240+ hours), the referrer will receive 500 CA$H4HOUR$ points by emailing us at: rr.cash4hours@healthcareaustralia.com.au
  • The referrer must be deemed an active candidate who has worked with HCA in the last 6 months
  • All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA
  • HCA reserves the right to extend or end this promotion at any time

Join/Rejoin Bonuses

Melbourne New Join Bonus – Nursing

$1000 Joining Bonus available to any new joins who work at the stipulated COVID-19 projects for 12 weeks.

  • Bonus rewards are available to Melbourne Registered Nurses only
  • $1000 payable when 12 weeks are complete. Please note it will be taxed.
  • Hours per week must be a minimum of 24 hours each week, or a total of 350 hours before bonus is payable.
  • Candidates must not have a previous work history with any HCA brand within the last 12 months
  • It is up to the Nurse to let HCA know once they have completed 12 weeks
  • All bonus rewards are at the discretion of HCA
  • Can be claimed in conjunction with other bonus incentives including the CA$H 4 HOUR$ bonus scheme
  • Bonus must be claimed within a 12 month period of completed hours.
  • HCA reserves the right to extend or end this promotion

 

 

National Re-Join Bonus – VIC, QLD & NSW only

Rejoin in the Month of July to receive 250 bonus points towards ongoing ca$h 4 hour$ bonus scheme, when completed 5 shifts.

  • This promotion is for Registered Nurses only
  • Promotion is running from 1st July until 1st August 2020
  • If you have been deactivated within the last 4 weeks (for VIC & NSW) or 3months (for QLD) of the campaign commencement because your competencies weren’t up to date, you are NOT eligible to receive the bonus (we would still love you back though!)
  • Re-join offer can be claimed with HCA Refer a Friend and incentive
  • You must notify a consultant once you have worked your 5 shifts so we can allocate the bonus to you in your pay run

NSW Joining Bonus

Allied Joining Bonus

Bonus rewards are available to Allied Health Professionals joining between 01/02/2018 12:00am (AEST) and 31/12/2019 11:59pm (AEST).

Joining Bonus of $500 available to Allied Health workers who meet the following criteria:

Locum

  • Bonus points cannot be accumulated in addition to any other bonus. This is inclusive, and not limited to, the referral bonus
  • Work 8 weeks of Locum placements within the first 12 months of joining
  • Locum placements can take place at one or multiple facilities to be eligible for Joining Bonus
  • Can only be claimed once within a 12 month period
  • All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA
  • HCA reserves the right to extend or end this promotion

Permanent

  • Bonus points cannot be accumulated in addition to any other bonus. This is inclusive, and not limited to, the referral bonus
  • Take on a Permanent placement through Allied Health recruitment
  • Joining Bonus will be provided once the individual passes 3 months probation period
  • All referral rewards are at the discretion of HCA
  • HCA reserves the right to extend or end this promotion

 

Rejoin HCA’s R&R team and receive a $500 bonus

  • The incentive program runs from Monday 20th July, 2020 at 12:00 am until 20th October, 2020 11.59am AEST
  • Candidate must be a rejoin to HCA and must not have worked for any HCA Brand in the last 3 months (new recruits not eligible)
  • Candidate must be prepared to update their profile to the R&R standard, as directed by their consultant
  • Candidate must successfully complete a minimum 2 week R&R placement (ie. 80 hours worked) during the promotion period to submit claim for 500Cash4Hours points via the Cash4Hours inbox: rr.cash4hours@healthcareaustralia.com.au
  • RNs, ENs, RMs, AT & CSSD only are eligible for the Cash4Hours Rejoin promotion
  • Candidates who claim the rejoin bonus in R&R will not be eligible to claim the rejoin bonus for any other division
  • Candidates who claim the rejoin bonus in another HCA division will not be eligible to claim the rejoin bonus in the R&R division

Healthcare Australia’s CA$H4HOUR$ is an exciting rewards program where you can earn points and cash out when you reach 500 points. 1pt equals $1 so the more hours you work with us, the more quickly you’ll be able to cash out!

    • The incentive program in R&R runs from Wednesday 1st January 2020 at 12:00 am until Thursday 31st December 11.59am AEST 2020
    • Eligibility by staff with the following classifications: –

Community Care Unsung Heroes Rewards Program

(NSW, VIC, QLD and SA)

The Unsung Heroes Rewards Program has been created to provide a small token of our appreciation as well as to acknowledge our support workers who go above and beyond. As of July 1, 2019, the two Rewards campaigns are: the Monthly Appreciation and the Employee of the Month reward.

  • Up to 20 winners a month can win the Monthly appreciation Reward prize
  • 4 prizes will be given away, each month, nationally in the Employee of the Month reward
  • 1 winner per state (NSW, VIC, QLD and SA).
  • Max. of 1 prize per person per month – You cannot win two rewards within a month-month period
  • The program will run from 01/07/2019 until advised by HCA.
  • Prizes valued at $20, $150 or $250 depending on the reward
  • All prizes are at the discretion of HCA

WA AIN Voucher

Here at HCA, we love rewarding our AIN’s. So, if you work in 10 public Hospital shifts in August or September you will receive a $25 Voucher. But If you work 20 shifts In August or September you will receive a $100 Voucher!!

How does this work?
✓ Complete 10 or 20 Public Shifts in August to receive – 10 Shifts = $25, 20 Shifts = $100 and/or;
✓ Complete 10 or 20 Public Shifts in September to receive – 10 Shifts = $25, 20 Shifts = $100

So this gives you the chance to earn an extra $200 over the next two months just for doing what your already doing!!

Terms and conditions:
• Must be employed by HCA WA between 1st August and 30th September 2019.
• Must work a minimum of:
– 10 shifts within the specified dates or;
– 20 shifts within the specified dates
– Shifts cannot be spread over the 2 months.
• Maximum $200 per person
• Metropolitan Public Hospital shifts eligible only
