Free Flu Clinics in Queensland
Under the Queensland Government’s 2026 Free Flu Vaccination Program, all Queensland residents aged 6 months and over are eligible for a free flu vaccine from 1 March to 30 September 2026, including your employees.

What Is the 2026 Free Flu Vaccination Program?
The Queensland Government is providing free flu vaccinations to help reduce illness, absenteeism and workplace disruption during flu season.
HCA supports Queensland businesses by delivering this program onsite, allowing employees to be vaccinated easily during work hours.
Program dates:
- 7 April to 30 September 2026
- Available to all Queensland residents, with or without a Medicare card
Workplace Clinic Requirements
To deliver a free onsite flu vaccination clinic under the Queensland program, you must meet the below requirements. Our team will guide you through the booking process to ensure your clinic meets program requirements.
A minimum of 28 vaccinations must be administered on the day. If fewer than 28 employees are vaccinated, a shortfall fee of $25 + GST per remaining dose will apply.
Clinics must be conducted onsite at your workplace.
Vaccinations must occur between 7 April and 30 September 2026.
