About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking Registered Nurses to join a busy acute hospital environment in Dubbo. Multiple opportunities are available across a range of clinical areas including Medical Surgical, Rehabilitation, Recovery and Theatre.
This is a fantastic opportunity for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced acute care environment and want exposure to diverse patient presentations while working alongside experienced multidisciplinary teams.
You’ll deliver high-quality patient-centred care, collaborate with doctors and allied health teams, and contribute to safe, evidence-based clinical practice within a supportive hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, high-quality acute nursing care within hospital wards or perioperative environments
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and clinical observations
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
  • Support patients and families through recovery and treatment processes

Clinical Areas Available We are currently seeking nurses with experience in:

  • Medical Surgical Nursing
  • Rehabilitation Nursing
  • Theatre / Perioperative Nursing
  • Recovery / PACU

What We’re Looking For

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
  • Experience in acute hospital settings
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work in fast-paced clinical environments
