Our client is seeking Registered Nurses to join a busy acute hospital environment in Dubbo. Multiple opportunities are available across a range of clinical areas including Medical Surgical, Rehabilitation, Recovery and Theatre. This is a fantastic opportunity for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced acute care environment and want exposure to diverse patient presentations while working alongside experienced multidisciplinary teams. You’ll deliver high-quality patient-centred care, collaborate with doctors and allied health teams, and contribute to safe, evidence-based clinical practice within a supportive hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, high-quality acute nursing care within hospital wards or perioperative environments
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and clinical observations
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
Support patients and families through recovery and treatment processes
Clinical Areas Available We are currently seeking nurses with experience in:
Medical Surgical Nursing
Rehabilitation Nursing
Theatre / Perioperative Nursing
Recovery / PACU
What We’re Looking For
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
Experience in acute hospital settings
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in fast-paced clinical environments
