Employ-Ease offers nationally recognised qualifications including CHC33021 – Certificate III in Individual Support and other vocational programs designed for people entering aged care, disability and health assistant roles. Entry requirements vary by qualification but generally include basic literacy and numeracy skills along with a genuine interest in healthcare. Some programs also require compliance checks such as Working with Children or Police Checks.
Course duration depends on the qualification the student is undertaking. Most Certificate III programs take between 6-12 months to complete including work placement.
Some Employ-Ease programs may be suitable for international students depending on visa type and study eligibility. The admissions team can advise whether a course can be undertaken and what requirements need to be met.
