About You You are a confident Critical Care Registered Nurse who thrives in high-acuity, fast-paced critical care environments and adapts quickly to new units and multidisciplinary teams.
You will bring:
Recent experience in Acute Mental Health settings
Strong clinical judgement and risk assessment skills, including the ability to prioritise care in complex situations
Excellent communication and therapeutic engagement skills when supporting patients experiencing mental health challenges
Clear communication and a collaborative team approach
Professional presentation, punctuality and flexibility for agency shifts
Essential Requirements
Current AHPRA registration (RN Division 1)
Graduate Certificate in Mental Health Nursing
Minimum 12 months’ full-time post-graduate experience in acute mental health settings
Valid National Police Check (within 12 months)
Valid WA Working With Children Check
Up-to-date vaccination and serology
Full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available)
