We are looking for an Operations Consultant to join our Workforce team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, managing rostering and temporary shift placements while building strong relationships with clients and candidates. You will contribute to the smooth running of daily operations and support the growth of our business through innovative problem-solving and client engagement.
Day to day!
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls from clients and candidates.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
Place new and existing candidates into suitable work shifts.
Solve complex rostering challenges and provide practical solutions.
Contribute to business growth via reverse marketing and proactive candidate engagement.
Manage operational administration, including database updates and reporting.
Support compliance with legal, WHS, and QMS requirements.
Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned by your manager.
Lets talk about you!
We’re looking for someone with experience in a call centre, rostering, sales, or recruitment environment, strong customer service and relationship management skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and a problem-solving, lateral-thinking approach with strong organisational abilities, who is proficient in MS Office, can work independently and collaboratively, and ideally has awareness of the healthcare, nursing, or aged care sector, with qualifications in Business Administration, Recruitment, Sales, or Customer Service considered a plus.
