Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and management of the aged care facility
Deliver positive business outcomes and financial results
Oversee staff selection, management, development and appraisals
Drive the provision of quality care and clinical services
Ensure the facility operates in line with all relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and professional standards
Maintain resident well being and a positive client experience
Ensure positive clinical outcomes
Maintain a continuous improvement approach
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Aged Care management
Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
Strong, supportive leadership skills with a hands-on approach
Demonstrated ability to drive quality outcomes and nurture a positive team culture
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility to meet operational needs, including occasional shift support
High levels of organization, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement
Current National Police Clearance and NDIS clearance (or willing to obtain)
