We are seeking an accomplished AHPRA registered Facility Manager with a strong clinical background to lead a dedicated, multidisciplinary team of aged care professionals within the Yarra Valley region.
This well-established residential aged care facility is located near Yarra Junction, approximately 40 minutes from Croydon and 30 minutes from Lilydale. The home is a modern, medium-sized facility with an excellent reputation, supported by a long-standing and stable management team.
This opportunity is ideally suited to experienced clinical leaders currently working as a Facility Manager who are looking to progress into a broader executive-level position offering both challenge and purpose.

Salary package up to $160,000 + superannuation

What You’ll Bring
Minimum 2 years’ experience in aged care management
Proven experience managing a medium to large-sized residential facility
Strong, supportive leadership style with a hands-on approach
Demonstrated ability to drive quality outcomes and foster a positive workplace culture
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to meet operational requirements, including occasional shift support
High levels of organisation, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement
Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
Current National Police Check and NDIS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
