Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with clinical and operational leaders to uphold and enhance quality standards
Lead and support quality improvement and education initiatives across the service
Promote compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
Facilitate education programs, clinical coaching, and competency development
Drive continuous improvement activities to enhance resident outcomes
Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to audit preparation, accreditation processes, and governance activities
About You
Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) with current AHPRA registration (essential)
Postgraduate qualifications in Aged Care or a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable)
Experience in clinical leadership, care coordination, or care management
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality clinical care and education
Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and care planning skills
A passion for quality improvement and evidence-based practice
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
Solid understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Quality Standards, and quality outcomes
