Healthcare Australia (HCA) is currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our growing agency team in Sydney, supporting participants across the metropolitan area.

We have ongoing shifts available across a range of disability services including supported accommodation, in-home support and community access programs throughout Sydney.

About You You are a compassionate Disability Support Worker, with a strong commitment to supporting people with disability to live independent and meaningful supported lives. You will bring:
Recent experience working in disability support or community care services
A strong person-centred and respectful approach
Confidence assisting with daily living activities and community participation
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A reliable, professional and flexible approach suited to agency work
Essential Requirements
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or equivalent
6 months experience in disability support or community care
NDIS Worker Screening Check
NSW Working With Children Check
National Police Check (within 3 years)
Full Australian driver’s licence and willingness to drive participants
Minimum 3 COVID-19 vaccinations
Full Australian working rights(sponsorship not available)
