The Role The Registered Nurse is a key member of the Fertility team, providing both direct and indirect patient care. Working closely with fertility specialists, scientists and administrative staff, this role supports patients through treatment pathways with a strong focus on education, emotional support and clinical excellence.
Key responsibilities may include:
Venepuncture
Ultrasound assistance
Artificial insemination
Patient counselling and education
Essential Criteria
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Midwife.
Strong patient-centred communication and customer service skills.
Excellent time management and decision-making abilities.
Venepuncture experience
Background in women’s health
Previous fertility nursing experience
