About You You are a confident Aged Care Management Nurse with strong leadership and clinical skills, able to adapt to a variety of residential care environments. You will have:
Strong adaptability and confidence in aged care settings
Excellent clinical judgement, prioritisation, and leadership skills
Clear communication and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Professional, punctual, and flexible approach suited to agency work
Eligibility:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
Minimum 1.5-2 years‘full-time experience in an Aged Care Management Nurse role
Availability to work 5 days a week (Monday-Friday)
National Police Check (valid within 3 years)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Up-to-date vaccinations and serology
Full Australian working rights (sponsorship NOT available)
