Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – Aged Care

Healthcare Australia (HCA) is currently seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCA), Assistants in Nursing (AIN) and Aged Care Workers to join our growing agency team in Bundaberg, supporting residential aged care facilities across the region.

With strong demand for aged care support staff, this is a fantastic opportunity for local carers looking for flexible shifts, competitive pay rates and consistent work close to home.

About You
 
You are a compassionate and reliable aged care support worker who enjoys helping older Australians maintain dignity, comfort and independence.
You will bring:

  • Recent experience working in residential aged care facilities
  • Confidence assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities
  • A caring and person-centred approach to resident care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A reliable, flexible and professional approach suited to agency work


Essential Requirements

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months postgraduate experience in residential aged care
  • National Police Check (within 3 years)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Up-to-date vaccinations and serology
  • Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
