About the Opportunity Our Client is a respected not-for-profit delivering high-quality Home Care and Community services across regional NSW. They are now seeking a capable and people-focused Senior Operations Manager to lead their North Coast operations in a pivotal leadership role reporting directly to the CEO. This is a rare opportunity to step into a visible, influential position where your decisions genuinely shape service delivery, culture and growth outcomes.
The role is full-time and office-based in Grafton, with flexibility to work from the Coffs Harbour office if required. A fully maintained vehicle is included.
Importantly, home care experience is not essential. If you are a strong operational leader with excellent people skills and the ability to drive performance, you will be considered.
About the Role As the Senior Operations Manager, you will:
Lead operational performance across Home Care and community programs
Oversee workforce leadership, team performance and culture
Manage budgets, financial sustainability and growth targets
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality frameworks
Build strong referral pathways and community relationships
Drive service excellence and client satisfaction
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone confident in managing both people and performance.
About You You might currently be a:
Service Manager
Operations Manager
Regional Manager
Program Manager
Senior Leader in Aged Care, NDIS, Community Services or Health
You bring:
Strong operational capability
Proven leadership and team management experience
Commercial awareness and financial accountability
Confidence working with senior stakeholders
A values-led, people-first leadership style
