About the Opportunity
Our Client is a respected not-for-profit delivering high-quality Home Care and Community services across regional NSW.
They are now seeking a capable and people-focused Senior Operations Manager to lead their North Coast operations in a pivotal leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a visible, influential position where your decisions genuinely shape service delivery, culture and growth outcomes.

The role is full-time and office-based in Grafton, with flexibility to work from the Coffs Harbour office if required. A fully maintained vehicle is included.

Importantly, home care experience is not essential. If you are a strong operational leader with excellent people skills and the ability to drive performance, you will be considered.

About the Role
As the Senior Operations Manager, you will:

  • Lead operational performance across Home Care and community programs
  • Oversee workforce leadership, team performance and culture
  • Manage budgets, financial sustainability and growth targets
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality frameworks
  • Build strong referral pathways and community relationships
  • Drive service excellence and client satisfaction

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone confident in managing both people and performance.

About You
You might currently be a:

  • Service Manager
  • Operations Manager
  • Regional Manager
  • Program Manager
  • Senior Leader in Aged Care, NDIS, Community Services or Health

You bring:

  • Strong operational capability
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Commercial awareness and financial accountability
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders
  • A values-led, people-first leadership style
