We are seeking ACEs who demonstrate:
Compassionate, person-centred care, supporting residents with dignity, empathy and patience.
Strong communication and observational skills, reporting health, mobility or behavioural changes promptly to nursing staff.
Commitment to safety and best practice, including infection control, manual handling and maintaining a clean, supportive environment.
Adaptability and teamwork, adjusting quickly to new facilities and working collaboratively in aged care settings.
