Healthcare Australia (HCA) is a major provider of healthcare services across Australia, including allied health, primary care, recruitment, NDIS, care services, and training.
As our Recruitment Consultant, reporting to the Team Leader within Regional Workforce Solutions, you will take ownership of building and mobilising a high-quality healthcare workforce to meet growing client demand.
Day to day you will:
Proactively source, screen and onboard quality nurses at speed to meet client workforce needs
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of ready-to-work candidates to support immediate and future demand
Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience from first contact through to placement
Partner closely with Operations Consultants to convert newly registered nurses into active shift workers
Contribute to team revenue targets while ensuring compliance, quality, and process excellence
This is a full-time position based in our beautiful Charlestown office, working standard business hours Monday to Friday.
