About You You are a reliable, compassionate and adaptable Disability Support Worker who thrives in agency environments and can confidently support a variety of participants with complex needs. You will bring:
Experience supporting participants in SIL and/or community care
Strong knowledge of person-centred and trauma-informed care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A flexible, professional approach to agency work

High Personal Care
Essential Requirements
Certificate III or higher in Disability, Individual Support or equivalent
Minimum 6 months full-time experience in SIL or community care
Current National Police Check
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid Certificate (within 3 years)
Full Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to transport participants
Minimum 3 COVID-19 vaccinations
Full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available)
