Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the field of mental health
Possess a qualification in Mental Health or be currently enrolled in an approved mental health course
Demonstrate a deep understanding of mental health conditions and evidence-based interventions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and the broader healthcare team
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and advocating for the rights and well-being of individuals with mental health needs
Preferred Qualifications:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Demonstrated experience in community-based mental health services or a similar setting
Passion for continuous learning and professional development to enhance your clinical expertise
