He has a track record of driving business success through strong alignment with a values-based culture.

John has spent the last 20 years in healthcare, taking particular satisfaction from the higher social responsibility that is bestowed upon healthcare organisations. He is of a clear view that quality and patient-centricity is at the heart of our business purpose.

Sanj is a senior finance and operations executive with over 20 years of experience working with, and leading, a variety of large organisations. Having spent over a decade in healthcare, Sanj has always been energised by the opportunity to partner with high performing, purpose-based organisations in order to positively impact the communities we serve. Sanj was previously CFO for a world leading Phase 1 Clinical Research Organisation with facilities across the USA and Australia and held a number of senior financial and operational roles within a major audiology group across New Zealand, Australia, and the APAC region.

Cheyne is an executive leader with over 20 years’ experience working across diverse services based industries from Banking, Professional Services and Healthcare. Prior to HCA Cheyne has spent the past 5 years as CPO for a leading aged care provider where he navigated the business through significant regulatory and workforce challenges. Cheyne is passionate about people and increasing organizational capability whilst ensuring true value is realised.

Scott has over 25 years’ experience across large multinational organisations leading IT and customer experience. He is customer-focused and uses a diverse range of technical expertise and strong change management skills to harness technology to stay ahead of the game.

Scott has a proven record of helping use technology to improve customer experience and add business value.

Duncan is a senior executive with experience leading teams within a range of industries, including Healthcare, Sport and Financial Services. He has a unique blend of experiences in leading Operations, Strategy and M&A. He was previously the Group COO and helped build the largest Homecare Package / Support at Home provider in the country.

Michelle is a senior executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in the direct-to-consumer space, focussed on the disability, aged care and community sectors. Michelle has extensive experience in developing the customer journey, service delivery and technology transformation. Michelle is a passionate leader who loves working with people, motivating them and building a positive culture.

Brad is an operationally focused leader with over 20 years leadership experience in both B2B and B2C primarily across the financial services and healthcare sectors. Brad’s experience spans across Aged Care, Disability and Community Care with both face to face and telehealth supports. Brad is passionate about leading teams to deliver excellent relationship and client management and has a strong focus on continuous business improvement.

Celia is an experienced Executive with demonstrated experience in senior leadership in healthcare and the staffing and recruitment industry. With a background in nursing and a pragmatic and engaging leadership style, Celia brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to HCA.
