Healthcare Australia (HCA) is a major provider of healthcare services across Australia, including allied health, primary care, recruitment, NDIS, care services, and training.
Our National Training and Education division delivers high-quality training for healthcare workers across acute, aged care, and disability support settings. We offer accredited courses like First Aid and Medications, as well as non-accredited competencies including Manual Handling, BLS, and NDIS High Skills training.
Join a passionate education team delivering training in skills such as Manual Handling, Basic Life Support, Medications for care workers, PEG tubes and feeding, Bowel and Bladder care, Diabetes and Insulin Pen administration, Epilepsy and Midazolam, Tracheostomy care, Falls prevention, Dementia care awareness and much more.
Trainers are provided with clear session plans and resources prior to undertaking training sessions. Assessment responsibilities include both practical observation and marking of theoretical tests.

Let’s talk about you!
You’re a motivated trainer who’s passionate about adult learning and student success. You’ll need:
- TAE40116 or TAE40122 qualification OR recent clinical training / education experience
- Current AHPRA registration
- Confidence utilising technology when delivering courses virtually or face-to-face
- RN experience in acute, aged care and/or disability support/NDIS (preference for disability)
- Experience in delivering healthcare training (e.g., Manual Handling, BLS, Medications and many more )
- COVID19 vaccination
- Must reside and hold full working rights in Australia
