We are seeking Registered Nurses with experience across:
- Medical Wards
- Surgical Wards
- Acute Care Units
- General Medicine
- General Surgery
- Specialty and Rehabilitation Units
About the Role
As an Acute Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care within busy hospital environments while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care
- Monitoring and assessing patient conditions
- Administering medications, IV therapies and infusions
- Providing wound care and post-operative nursing support
- Supporting patient recovery and discharge planning
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Adhering to clinical standards, policies and best practice guidelines
About You To be successful, you will have:
- Current unrestricted AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 12 months recent acute hospital experience
- Experience within medical, surgical and acute care settings
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
- Experience with IV medications, infusions and wound care
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Current National Police Check
- Full Australian working rights
