About You
You are a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistant who enjoys supporting elderly residents and works well as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
You will have:
- Recent experience within a residential aged care environment
- A person-centred approach to aged care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent time management and reliability
- Ability to quickly adapt to new facilities and teams
- Willingness to work across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW
- Availability from Monday to Friday
- Flexibility suited to agency work
Essential Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- Minimum 12 months full-time post-graduate experience in aged care
- Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Up-to-date vaccinations and serology
- Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
