Healthcare Australia (HCA) is Australia’s largest specialist healthcare workforce provider. We are a large and diverse healthcare business with a strong presence in the staffing of nursing, community, medical, corporate, allied and Crisis Response Management sectors in all States of Australia.
We are looking for a Rostering Consultant based in our Woolloongabba office. In this role you will be the first point of contact for a range of enquiries from clients and staff. You will join an established team with the responsibility of allocation of shifts.
Our rotating fortnightly roster is:
• Fortnight 1: 11am-7pm Mon-Fri
• Fortnight 2: 0430am – 1230pm Mon-Fri
Day to day you will also:
Respond to inbound calls from clients and candidates
Develop and nurture relationships with clients and candidates
Proactively cross-sell HCA’s brands and services where appropriate
Master the booking system to source and place suitable candidates into shifts
Perfom administrative activities to increase the candidate pool
Ensure an efficient transition with state-based after-hours operations through effective communication
Familiarise and work in accordance with the HCA WHS and QMS systems, policies and procedures

Any experience in healthcare rostering will be a big plus! You’re driven, passionate, and dedicated to coordinating effective services for both clients and staff, with the ability to stay calm and focused when the pressure’s on.
