Therapy Coordinator

We are seeking a Therapy Coordinator to plan, allocate, and prioritise therapist schedules in line with client service agreements. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction, therapist experience, and the overall success of our service delivery.

This is a fast-paced and rewarding role, perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, problem-solving, and building strong relationships with both clients and staff.

Day to day! 

  • Effectively deploy therapy staff through careful rostering and schedule management.
  • Adjust schedules proactively in response to staff availability, client needs, and changing priorities.
  • Liaise with therapists, managers, and recruitment teams to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Source and coordinate locums as required, including travel and onboarding arrangements.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance, policy adherence, and workplace safety.
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making with Operations, Recruitment, and People & Culture teams.

Lets talk about you!

You have strong customer service and interpersonal skills, excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with your team. You are flexible and adapt well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, possess high-level oral and written communication skills, and ideally have experience in rostering or a similar operational role.
