Media Release Terms and Conditions

 

By accepting the conditions, you agree to the following:

I grant permission to Healthcare Australia the irrevocable and unrestricted right to reproduce the photographs and/or video images taken of me. This may be used by Healthcare Australia for the purpose of publication, promotion, illustration, advertising, or distribution, in any manner or in any medium. We will ensure to use the content appropriately and respectfully.

 

I hereby release Healthcare Australia and HCA Home and its legal representatives for all claims and liability relating to said images, videos and other content. Furthermore, I grant permission to use my statements that were given during an interview or phone call, with or without my name, for the purpose of marketing and advertising without restriction. I understand that I will not be compensated for the use of my content.
