About You You are a confident Acute Mental Health Registered Nurse who thrives in high-acuity inpatient environments and adapts quickly to new wards, teams and consumer groups. You will bring:
Recent experience in acute inpatient mental health settings
Strong risk assessment, de-escalation and crisis management skills
Experience working within multidisciplinary mental health teams
Clear, therapeutic communication and a recovery-oriented approach
Professional presentation, reliability and flexibility suited to agency work
Essential Requirements
Current AHPRA registration (RN Division 1 or EN Division 2)
Graduate Certificate in Mental Health Nursing
Minimum 12 months’ full-time post-graduate experience in acute mental health
Valid National Police Check (within 3 years)
Up-to-date vaccinations & serology
Full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available)
