Aged Care Worker

Healthcare Australia (HCA) is recruiting qualified Aged Care Workers for ongoing agency shifts across residential aged care facilities in Hervey bay and Maryborough.

About You
You’re a reliable and compassionate Aged Care Worker who thrives in fast-paced residential aged care environments and delivers high-quality, person-centred care.

You will bring:

  • Clear communication and a collaborative team approach

Essential Requirements

  • Certificate III (or higher) in Aged Care or related field PLUS
    • Minimum 6 months’ full-time experience in residential aged care
  • Valid National Police Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 & Influenza vaccinations
  • Full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available)
