Business Relationship Lead – Home Care

Healthcare Australia (HCA) is Australia’s largest specialist healthcare workforce provider. We are a diverse national organisation with a strong presence across nursing, community, medical, allied health, corporate and Crisis Response Management services in every State and Territory.

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Lead to help grow our Home Care services across Adelaide.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who understands the Home Care, aged care or community support environment and is passionate about helping older Australians remain living independently in their own homes. You will work closely with our State and Marketing teams to build referral networks, engage with prospective clients and families, and promote HCA’s in-home support services across the region.

To succeed in this role, you will bring experience in Home Care, aged care, disability, community services or a related healthcare setting — either in a business development, client engagement, care coordination or support capacity. You will understand the importance of person-centred care and feel confident speaking with older people, families and key referrers about support options.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Talking with potential clients, families, and referrers about our Home Care services
  • Following up on enquiries and helping guide people through the sign-up process
  • Building a pipeline of future clients and spotting opportunities to grow our reach
  • Attending community events to promote our services (and helping plan them too!)
  • Working with our internal teams to make sure new clients are matched with the right care and services

About you:

  • Strong experience in sales
  • Strong customer service, healthcare, aged care, or community work experience
  • Confident communicator who enjoys networking and building relationships
  • Motivated and organised – someone who follows up and gets things done
  • Comfortable using systems and keeping accurate records (we use a CRM)
  • A willingness to learn about Home Care if you’re new to the sector

Mandatory Requirements

  • A current National Police Check (ACIC accredited), stating suitability to work in aged care or with vulnerable persons.

What’s in it for you ?

We work together as a team, we never forget that we’re people-focused, and we respect relationships with each other.  With HCA you’ll be rewarded with:

  • A fabulous discount on BUPA Private health Insurance – 7%!
  • Hybrid Work: Enjoy flexible hybrid working conditions that empower work-life balance
  • Access to extra leave with a day off for your birthday plus a rewards and benefits platform
  • Salary Packaging – novated leasing available with Smart Group
  • Be part of a well-respected Australian based organisation of more than 3,000 employees!
  • Benefit from ongoing training and support with access to an education allowance to nurture your skills and career

At HCA we are committed to embracing diversity and committed to providing a safe working environment.  Veterans are encouraged to apply.
