Preferred Requirements:
Proficient in scrub scout techniques and procedures
Extensive experience in orthopaedic nursing, with a deep understanding of the speciality
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Preferred Qualifications:
Registered Nurse with a valid AHPRA registration
Relevant experience in a scrub scout or orthopaedic nursing role
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure healthcare environment
