About the Opportunity
Healthcare Australia is partnering with a growing not-for-profit disability provider to recruit an experienced Business Development Consultant.
Our client is recognised for delivering high-quality, person-centred services within the community and is now entering an exciting phase of growth across the NDIS landscape.
About the Role
This is a relationship-driven Business Development role, focused on building strong referral pathways and expanding service reach across Metro Adelaide.
You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and contributing to sustainable organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain referral networks across the disability and community sectors
- Build relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Allied Health providers, and key stakeholders
- Identify and convert new business opportunities aligned with growth strategy
- Promote services within the NDIS framework
- Attend networking events, expos, and community engagement activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding of new clients
- Maintain CRM activity and track business development performance
About You
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or relationship management
- Exposure to the NDIS, disability, or community services sector (highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of NDIS funding models and referral pathways
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Results-driven with a passion for purpose-led work
- Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
