Your duties as an Aged Care Worker include, but are not limited to:
Providing personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities (showering, dressing, mobility, meals).
Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and promptly report any changes in condition to nursing staff.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
Working collaboratively with nurses and care teams to ensure high-quality care and compliance with care plans.
Adapting quickly to new facilities, working across various shifts and locations as needed.
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care) with 6+ months paid experience OR current Bachelor of Nursing student with 4-week aged care placement completed
Valid National Police Check
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
Up-to-date COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations
