About You You are a caring and reliable Aged Care Worker / Assistant in Nursing who is passionate about supporting older Australians and delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
You will demonstrate:
Strong adaptability across residential aged care environments
A compassionate approach to personal care and daily living support
Clear communication and the ability to work effectively within care teams
A professional, reliable and flexible approach to agency work
Essential Requirements
Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Aged Care) + minimum 6 months’ full-time experience in residential aged care
Or a current Bachelor of Nursing student having completed a clinical placement in aged care
Valid National Police Check
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
Up-to-date COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations
