About You You are a reliable and adaptable Disability Support Worker who is passionate about helping people with disabilities live independent and fulfilling lives. You will demonstrate:
Recent experience in disability support or community care
Strong person-centred approach
Confidence in assisting with daily living activities and community participation
Clear communication and a team-focused approach
Professional presentation and reliability
Flexibility suited to agency work
Essential Requirements
Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support, Disability or equivalent
Minimum 6 months experience in SIL or community care
Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current NSW Working With Children Check
Up-to-date vaccinations and serology
Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
