Disability Support Worker & Youth Worker

Healthcare Australia (HCA) is recruiting experienced Disability Support Workers and Youth Workers for ongoing agency shifts across Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Group Homes throughout Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

About You

You’re a reliable and compassionate Disability Support Worker or Youth Worker who thrives in fast-paced care environments and delivers safe, person-centred support.

You will bring:

  • Strong adaptability across SIL and Group Home settings
  • Sound judgement and the ability to prioritise participant care
  • Clear communication and a collaborative team approach
  • A professional, respectful manner representing HCA to a high standard

Essential Requirements

  • Certificate III (or higher) in Disability, Youth Work or a related field
  • Minimum 6 months’ full-time experience in SIL or Group Home settings
  • Valid National Police Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Minimum 2 COVID-19 vaccinations
  • Full NSW Driver’s Licence
  • Full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available)
