HR Advisor

At Healthcare Australia (HCA), we are united by a shared commitment: to provide exceptional care to those who need it most. We believe that every person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, especially in circumstances where they are most vulnerable. This is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to use your skills to create a profound and positive impact on the lives of individuals in our care. At HCA, this is where care begins.

The HR Advisor provides hands-on operational HR support to the business, delivering timely, practical advice across core HR processes and employee relations. This role supports stakeholders by managing day‑to‑day HR requests, ensuring smooth execution of the employee lifecycle, and maintaining high levels of service and compliance.

  • Provide practical advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best‑practice people management.
  • Support reporting requirements, including monthly stakeholder reports and statutory and ad‑hoc HR reporting.

Let’s talk about you!
