About You
You are a dependable and experienced AIN, PCA or Aged Care Worker who is confident working across different facilities and providing high-quality care to residents.
You will demonstrate:
- Recent experience in residential aged care
- Strong personal care and support skills
- Ability to assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Reliable, flexible, and professional approach to agency work
Essential Requirements
- Certificate III+ in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in aged care (post-graduate)
- Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Up-to-date vaccinations and serology
- Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
