Healthcare Australia (HCA) is currently seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCA), Assistants in Nursing (AIN) and Aged Care Workers to join our growing agency team, supporting residential aged care facilities across Milton, Ulladulla and the Shoalhaven region.

About You
You are a dependable and experienced AIN, PCA or Aged Care Worker who is confident working across different facilities and providing high-quality care to residents.
You will demonstrate:

  • Recent experience in residential aged care
  • Strong personal care and support skills
  • Ability to assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork
  • Reliable, flexible, and professional approach to agency work


Essential Requirements

  • Certificate III+ in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months’ experience in aged care (post-graduate)
  • Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Up-to-date vaccinations and serology
  • Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
