About You You are a motivated and reliable AIN or PCA who thrives in fast-paced aged care environments and adapts quickly to new teams. You will demonstrate:
Recent experience within a residential aged care setting
Sound clinical judgement and ability to prioritise tasks
Clear communication and a team-focused approach
Professional, punctual and reliable work ethic
Flexibility suited to agency shifts
Essential Requirements
Certificate III+ in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
Minimum 6 months full-time experience in aged care
Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Up-to-date vaccinations and serology
Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
