HCA is excited about the opportunities presented by the AN-ACC Assessor role. We are proud to have been involved since its inception, acting as the exclusive provider of RNs during the early RUCs trials and continuing our contribution through the AN-ACC trial, shadow assessment period, and ongoing implementation since 1 October 2022.
This role is suited to a Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist with experience in aged care. As an AN-ACC Assessor, you will be based in a Residential Aged Care setting in clients across Melbourne’s northern suburbs, completing assessments using the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC) tool.
Let’s talk about you
You will hold current general registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist, and bring a minimum of five years’ experience in aged care across residential, community or home care settings. You will have a current National Police Check, a valid Working with Vulnerable Persons Check, and be up to date with your influenza vaccination.
You must have full working rights in Australia and be comfortable to travel to our client across Melbourne’s northern suburbs. A current driver’s licence and access to reliable transport are also required.
