Healthcare Australia (HCA) is currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers and Youth Workers to join our growing agency team, supporting Supported Independent Living (SILs) and community care facilities in Sydney’s western suburbs.

Skills & Experience
Certificate III or Diploma in Disability, Youth Work or equivalent
Minimum 6 months full-time experience in SIL, community care or youth work
Experience working with high challenging behaviour
Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Valid AUSdriver’s licence, comprehensive car insurance and willingness to transport participants
Flexibility and reliability to work across days, evenings, nights and weekends
Skills in personal care, community access and daily living support
Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
