About the Role
As a Customer Care Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and support. You’ll manage a caseload of customers, develop tailored support plans, and work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance both customer and workforce experiences. This role is pivotal in maintaining compliance, driving continuous improvement, and fostering strong relationships with customers and referrers.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service and manage customer relationships.
Conduct assessments and develop support plans aligned with customer needs and funding.
Collaborate with the State Team to ensure service excellence.
Monitor service delivery and compliance within the Aged Care standards.
Maintain accurate documentation and manage funding budgets effectively.
Support business development and workforce onboarding initiatives.
Promote HCA services to meet growth targets and KPIs.

You bring relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in healthcare, along with a strong understanding of Aged Care, or related services. Your excellent communication, time management, and relationship-building skills are complemented by your proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. Support at home experience would be favourable.
