Home Care Growth & Engagement Specialist – Warrnambool

Healthcare Australia (HCA) is Australia’s largest specialist healthcare workforce provider. We are a diverse national organisation with a strong presence across nursing, community, medical, allied health, corporate and Crisis Response Management services in every State and Territory.

Are you a people person who enjoys building relationships and making a genuine difference in your community?

Healthcare Australia is looking for a motivated and relationship-focused professional to help grow our Home Care services across Warrnambool and surrounding areas.

This is a varied role that combines community engagement, relationship building, customer service and business development.

You’ll spend time meeting with potential clients and their families, connecting with local referrers, attending community events and helping older Australians access the support they need to remain living independently in their own homes.

You don’t need extensive sales experience to be successful. What matters most is your ability to build trust, communicate confidently and develop strong relationships within the local community.

About the Role

You will build relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals and community organisations to promote HCA’s Home Care services across the region. You’ll follow up enquiries, support new clients through the onboarding process, attend networking and community events, and identify opportunities to grow our local presence.

Working closely with our State and Marketing teams, you’ll play an important role in helping more older Australians access quality care and support in their own homes.

Let’s Talk About You!

You may have experience in healthcare, aged care, community services, disability services, customer service, sales, business development or client engagement. Most importantly, you’ll be a confident communicator who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and creating positive outcomes.

You’ll be self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently while remaining connected to a supportive national team. Knowledge of Home Care or aged care services will be highly regarded, but we are equally interested in candidates with strong relationship-building skills and a willingness to learn.

What’s In It For You?

• Attractive base salary plus uncapped incentives
• Reward payments for every new customer onboarded
• Flexible and autonomous role with support from a national team
• Genuine career development opportunities with Australia’s leading healthcare provider
• Hybrid working arrangements
• Additional leave including your birthday off
• BUPA health insurance discount
• Novated leasing options
• The opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older Australians every day
