This is your opportunity to step into a high-impact Operations Manager role within our Allied Health division of Healthcare Australia. Reporting to the National Business Manager, you will lead operational delivery across a multidisciplinary Allied Health workforce spanning podiatry, speech pathology, and dietetics, ensuring excellence in service delivery across aged care, home care, and community settings.

In this non-clinical leadership role, you will be responsible for driving workforce performance, client satisfaction and financial outcomes across multiple service lines and regions. You will play a key role in strengthening client partnerships, optimising workforce capacity, and enabling sustainable business growth.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading diverse teams, and is motivated by performance and client impact. You are a confident and proactive operational leader who understands and can balance the demands of Allied Health service delivery with excellent stakeholder management skills, and a passion for improving systems, people, and outcomes.

Ideally, you will bring:

  • Strong leadership experience managing teams and/or operational functions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and service performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with a process improvement mindset
  • Experience in Allied Health, aged care, community, or health services environments
  • Proficiency in business systems, reporting tools, and MS Office
