To Be Successful:
Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
Minimum 6 months’ experience in SIL or community care environments
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to transport participants
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, nights and weekends
Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
