About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Nursing to provide senior clinical leadership across a fast-paced, highly regulated healthcare environment based in Central Perth, Western Australia.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an accomplished Nurse Manager from high-acuity, high-throughput areas such as Emergency Department (ED), Radiology, Oncology, Haematology, perioperative services, or other complex clinical settings.

- Oversee integration across clinical, laboratory, and compliance functions to ensure consistent standards and seamless operations.
- Promote adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and best-practice standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to support service growth, complexity, and volume.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture.
