Healthcare Australia (HCA) is seeking Disability Support Workers and Youth Workers for ongoing agency shifts across Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Group Homes throughout the Northern Beaches.

We are seeking reliable and experienced Support Workers and Youth Workers with:
Strong adaptability in fast-paced clinical environments
Sound clinical judgement and the ability to prioritise care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Eligibility:
Certificate III (or higher) in Disability or other relevant field plus 6 months full-time experience within a SIL or Group Home
Valid National Police Check
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
Valid NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Minimum 2 COVID-19 vaccinations
Full NSW Driver’s Licence
Full Australian working rights
