About the Role
Work across Residential Aged Care Facilities throughout the Sunshine Coast
Deliver high-quality, person-centred aged care
Administer medications in line with scope of practice
Monitor resident health and wellbeing
Support care teams to deliver exceptional resident outcomes
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care records
Build meaningful relationships with residents, families and colleagues
About You
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (EN)
Minimum 12 months recent Residential Aged Care experience
Medication endorsement highly regarded
Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
Strong clinical, communication and time management skills
Flexibility to work day, afternoon, night and weekend shifts
Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
