About the Role as a Registered Nurse, you’ll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. You’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care while ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care.
  • Monitor and assess patients, responding appropriately to changes in their condition.
  • Administer medications and treatments in line with hospital policies.
  • Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and fellow nursing staff.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Provide compassionate care and education to patients and their families.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.

About You

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum 12 months’ recent acute hospital experience.
  • Experience in Medical, Surgical, Orthopaedics, Rehabilitation, or General Ward Nursing is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong clinical assessment and time management abilities.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
