We are seeking an Operations Consultant to join our Corporate Health team. Reporting to the National Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth delivery of operational business activities, including client relations, scheduling, allocations, payroll/admin, travel, logistics, and data reporting. You will ensure our programs run efficiently while providing excellent support to both internal and external stakeholders.
Day to day!
Manage operational processes to achieve financial and operational targets.
Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
Deliver high-quality service to clients and staff, building strong, lasting relationships.
Support the growth of new business initiatives.
Maintain compliance with HCA’s quality management and OH&S policies.
Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth interfaces and positive outcomes.
Actively participate in performance management and review processes.

You have strong operational experience, ideally within multi-site service businesses, and a solid understanding of workplace health and wellbeing programs. You’re confident with numbers, skilled in financial analysis, and highly proficient in MS Office. Your excellent communication skills allow you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, while your creative thinking, adaptability, and eagerness to learn help you tackle new challenges with ease.
