About the Role

Healthcare Australia (HCA) is seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) for agency shifts across aged care facilities in Geelong and surrounding areas.

With strong demand across both residential aged care, you’ll have access to regular shifts, flexible hours and the ability to work close to home.

About You

  • Recent experience in aged care 
  • Passion for delivering high-quality patient care
  • Reliable, adaptable and team-focused
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience (900+ hours) in aged 
  • Certificate III in Individual Support OR nursing student with aged care placement
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check 
  • Current National Police Check
  • Full Australian working rights
