In this rewarding position, you will:
Deliver clinical nursing care including assessments, care planning and ongoing reviews
Provide hands-on clinical services such as wound care, catheter care and complex support
Collaborate with Customer Care Managers to enhance customer outcomes
Monitor service quality, ensuring care aligns with regulatory and organisational standards
Build strong relationships with customers, carers and key healthcare stakeholders
This role can be worked either perm part-time (3 days or over 4 shorter days) or casual.
Let’s talk about you!
You are a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care in a community setting. You bring sound clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Ideally coming in with min 5 years experience (hospital or residential aged care). You have a proactive mindset, confident managing clinical responsibilities, engaging with stakeholders and supporting positive outcomes for older people and individuals living with disability.
Key requirements include:
Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration (unrestricted)
Minimum 5 years’ post-graduate experience (ideally in aged care or community care)
Clinical experience in wound care, catheter care, assessments and care planning
Strong understanding of aged care standards, WHS and risk management practices
Current First Aid Certificate and a National Police Check suitable for aged care
Full driver’s licence and your own vehicle
